How to send money
 
  1. Visit nearest Western Union agent location.
  2. Please complete in the “To Send Money” form at any Western Union® or short form indicating sender’s name, amount you’re sending, city and country where money would be picked up.
  3. Present the completed form, along with the money you wish to send and the transfer fee, and your identification documentation as required.
  4. After completing the money transfer, you will receive a receipt with a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Inform the receiver of the sender’s name, approximate amount sent, MTCN, and country where the money was sent from. Do not disclose the MTCN to anyone other than your receiver.
 
 
 
How to receive
 
  1. Visit nearest Western Union agent location.
  2. Please complete “To Receive Money” form or short form indicating Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), sender’s name, city and country from where the money was sent and money transfer amount.
  3. Present your original identification documentation as required.
  4. Collect your money and receipt.
