In December, 1997 the Bank has received the license of the professional participant on a securities market. It gives a full set of services with securities: broker, dealer, trust management, deposit service.

In November, 1999 ALTA-BANK ZAO has concluded the contract with the Central Bank of Russian Federation on the execution of functions of the dealer in the state credit obligations market – federal loan bonds. All this allows Alta-Bank to carry out  the complex service, alongside with usual bank’s products assets management can be offered as on its own behalf or on behalf of the client.
